Paydata is a CIPD Awards 2017 Finalist

CIPD Finalist We are extremely excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Best HR/L&D Consultancy in the CIPD Awards 2017! This is the first time we have entered this award, so we are delighted to have been announced as a finalist.

What the judges were looking for

For the Best HR/L&D Consultancy category, the judges were looking for consultancies that ran a specific people-related project to address a strategic issue, working collaboratively with the HR/L&D team and wider organisation.

The project had to demonstrate delivering tangible business benefits to the organisation, whilst impacting on the key business metrics to show clear verifiable examples of how it has positively impacted the overall employee experience.

The project that helped The Orders of St John Care Trust

The Orders of St John Care Trust have grown organically over years, resulting in a number of different job roles/descriptions, and employee terms and conditions and HR processes. They have been working towards a ‘one Trust’ approach, so with a change in HR Director, the opportunity was taken to develop the strategy with the ‘One Trust' approach in mind.

The main objective around Reward was to undertake a fundamental review and simplify the pay, terms and conditions, starting with the introduction of a job evaluation process. This all formed part of a wider change management programme.
