Tim's career and expertise

With his reward management career starting in the financial planning department at Thomas Cook (then called Going Places), he designed and coded management reports for the head office and national shop network.

Having become Paydata's first employee back in 1999, Tim has developed and managed many of the products and services which are still a core part of Paydata's business today. Tim is the main point of contact for most of our customers, working closely with them to ensure our products and services match their needs.

A passionate reward specialist with over 25 years’ experience in pay and reward, Tim has worked with thousands of satisfied organisations across the UK and beyond. Frequently called on to advise on current pay and reward trends, Tim is a seasoned speaker and host of webinars and our popular sector level HR Workshops. Tim has the knowledge and the expertise to support a variety of topical HR and reward challenges.
