Each meeting begins with an initial overview of reward trends and what is happening in the market, followed by an open forum discussion. Group members drive the content of the meeting and what is discussed. This offers participants a fantastic opportunity to address topics and queries which are high on their priority list.

Sessions are designed for HR and Reward professionals, from advisors up to Heads of/Directors.

Please note: In order to ensure the sessions are as relevant as possible for attendees, there are two sessions available for Housing Associations, dependent on company size:

• This session is designed for larger housing associations, who manage more than 20,000 properties.
• An alternative session is available for smaller housing associations, who manage less than 20,000 properties. Further details can be found here.
