The next Combined FM/M&E HR Group is taking place on Thursday, 20th September 2018

Paydata’s combined Facilities Management and Mechanical & Electrical HR Group meeting offers an easy way to network and exchange views with other HR professionals in the sector, who often face common issues.

Each meeting begins with an initial overview of reward trends and what is happening in the market, followed by an open forum discussion. Group members drive the content of the meeting and what is discussed. This offers participants a fantastic opportunity to address topics and queries which are high on their priority list.

Is this HR Group right for you?

In order to contribute to discussions and find the meeting useful, this group is most suited to reasonably senior HR/Reward professionals who have an awareness of the HR arena, their company policies and current HR challenges they might be facing.

Topics discussed in the last meeting:

  • The effect of the new Gender Pay Gap reporting legislation
  • The effect of Equal Pay
  • How are organisations  responding / preparing for the increase in National Living Wage to £9 by 2020
  • Pensions auto enrolment increases for 2018
  • Are companies reducing their pay budget to take account of the step up in minimum pension contributions?
  • How do people approach managing/rewarding travel time
  • Annual leave entitlement structure: standard days for all/ dependant on seniority/ increase with service
  • Types of apprenticeships offered
  • Should we hold these meetings up north once a year?
  • Do companies pay the Living Wage Foundation rate and if so, what do you pay?  Do you pay differently between London and the rest of the UK?

Confidentiality
