• General pay trends update – Paydata will present a short analysis showing general pay trends across both the local market and all industries nationally.
• UK Reward Survey update – Paydata will present a short analysis from the interim results of the UK Reward Management survey, Spring 2020.
• Discussion topics – ahead of the meeting, group members have suggested the following topics for discussion:
  • Benefits/ Non financial benefits
  • COVID-19 – challenges faced / practices
  • Flexible working trends and ideas – how it effects engagement
  • Overall pay movements
