The spring 2020 edition of the Paydata UK Reward Management Survey is now open for participation.

The UK Reward Management Survey is designed to provide you with the information you need to take an informed view about what is happening in UK reward management. During these unprecedented times and as we all navigate the challenges faced, we recognise that this survey report is going to be more valuable to employers than ever before.

As well as covering the usual pay and bonus outlook, this edition also tracks current practice around the topical issues of managing reward in extraordinary circumstances, such as COVID-19, recruitment and retention challenges and diversity and inclusion, all of which we know will be featuring heavily on the HR agenda over the coming months.

Managing reward in extraordinary circumstances
With the ongoing challenges COVID-19 is presenting and the situation changing day to day, in order to assist employers, we look at how organisations are managing their HR and reward practices.

Diversity and inclusion practices
With the introduction of mandatory gender pay reporting, and speculation that this could soon be extended to other areas, we have seen an increased focus on diversity and inclusion in general. We explore current practices in this area.

Recruitment and retention challenges
As employers continue to experience ongoing recruitment and retention challenges, we take a look at to what extent businesses are effected and how they are managing the issue.

The whole survey should only take you around 10-15 minutes to complete and all participants will receive a free report of the results. Subject to participation, there will also be additional sector analysis created that compares your industry against the general market.

Confidentiality

We understand that some of the information we are asking for may be commercially sensitive. We therefore give you two assurances:

1. We will never share your confidential information with anyone else.
2. We will only produce an aggregated summary report of the results making it impossible to identify individual answers.
