The Awards
The Grand Final of the Awards, held at the Newmarket Racecourse, are a celebration of the hard-working small and medium-sized enterprises from across Cambridgeshire. Many well-deserving companies were in attendance and over 15 awards were handed out during the evening.
Paydata’s Fiona Hornsby and Tim Kellett were there to accept the award on the night wearing their brightest smiles and offering some well-deserved congratulations to the shortlisted companies. The award, sponsored by recruitment agency Ann Pettengell, is a reflection of how deeply we value our employees, which was also summed up by the Judge’s comments on the night;
“Treat your staff like royalty and they will treat your customers like royalty. 100% people focused, this organisation has team development at its core and shows it in the bucket loads.”
At Paydata, we know how important our staff are and without their ongoing support and dedication, we wouldn’t have the business we do today. Not only do we aspire to be a positive employer, but our staff will always come first, and we thank them for their continuous hard-work and loyalty.
