Paydata’s Professional Associations and Institutes Salary Survey is designed specifically for Professional Associations, Institutes, Charities and educational bodies. This provides companies with valuable, accurate and specific external market information to inform reward decisions, much of which is not available anywhere else.
As part of the service we provide, we offer a comprehensive higher education, charity and trade association salary survey every 12 months, as well as salary surveys that are targeted to more senior levels, including accountants and chief executives. Detailed data-driven reports offer an insight into what the marketplace is doing sector-by-sector, location-by-location and job level-by-job level, ensuring that your company is not left behind and risks losing your best employees to your competition.
Available only to participants, the salary survey covers information regarding base pay and total cash, plus hours and main benefits. The detailed report output is personalised, highlighting the company's market position for each survey role nationally and by geographic region.
This survey includes jobs at varying levels of seniority, across the following job families/classifications:
Determine market practice on pay and benefits for Professional Associations, Institutes and charity roles across the UK. Find out what other employers operating in the same sector and/or location are offering their employees with data-driven analysis offering key insight into where your company is positioned. Salaries, bonuses, expenses and other benefits are all considered as part of Paydata’s comprehensive Professional Associations and Institutes survey. Additionally, you will receive up-to-date and accurate market data whenever you need it over a 12-month period until the point we publish the next year’s annual salary survey findings.
Compare your organisation's approach with other relevant employers that operate within the sector, many of whom only contribute to Paydata’s survey. This means that you can access and benefit from data which is not readily available anywhere else, receiving up-to-date data that is highly relevant to your business. Without being part of this comprehensive survey, your business is at a disadvantage, whereas your competitors, who do contribute to Paydata’s survey, are kept in the loop regarding the market’s latest practices.
Inform your internal decisions in a highly competitive labour market to support your recruitment and retention strategy. Our salary survey helps not just in the short-term, but also in the long-term with data showing the trends of the industry, offering a clear projection as to where the sector is headed. This information can and should be used as part of your recruitment and overall business development plan, aiding your company’s decision-makers in devising a strategy to expand the business. Any advantage you can take in the world of business is one worth taking – informed decisions are better than any estimates based on unreliable information. As well as avoiding the risks of losing key members of staff, increasing your company’s knowledge of the marketplace can also help the business to save money by aligning the pay structure with similarly positioned companies.
We offer full support to help you understand industry trends (e.g. pay awards) and provide leading reward experience within the sector. At Paydata, we offer a consultancy service that serves our clients, as well as their employees, to achieve a positive working environment that translates to positivity and productivity that helps to grow the business. You can utilise our service at any point to discuss the findings of our survey and how you can use the data to improve your business’ structure.
Survey membership is based on an organisation's size. A 12-month subscription to the survey:
Access to additional reporting options is also available, including a diversity report (covering market statistics on gender, service and age) and an employee market report (that provides a market rate for each matched jobholder).
