Our ‘anytime for you’ consulting retainer service is designed to ensure we are on hand to help customers with their needs. It allows us to support employers both proactively and reactively, responding to any HR and reward issues that arise over the course of the year. Savings can be achieved in both time and money, as the need to cost out every individual project we complete on your behalf is avoided.

What is our Reward Consulting Retainer Service?

Our retainer service ensures that our customers can access immediate advice from their designated Paydata consultant when they:

• Require consultancy services at short notice for any potentially business-critical issues.
• Manage lots of reward projects/initiatives, but don’t have an in-house reward expert.
• Are generalist HR practitioners who would value having a reward expert on hand to act as a sounding board and provide expert advice regarding possible ideas and strategies.

Entering into a consulting retainer with Paydata gives much greater freedom and flexibility to work more productively over a longer period of time. A project-by-project basis is structured with a defined beginning and end, but there are inevitably issues that arise that are not included in the remits of the project contract.

Consulting retainer options

Within our retainer service, we agree to a set number of hours of consultancy time per month. Your dedicated consultants will be on hand to support you with your immediate needs. This is a subscription service on a rolling 12-month contract.
